SHIPPING & REFUNDS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY...WE STAND BY OUR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY!
1. We take customer satisfaction is our utmost priority - If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you simply had a change of mind, or just for any or no reasons whatsoever, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and we'll issue your refunds with immediate effect within 30 days of purchase.
2. We will send you a link. That link will allow you to upload photos, an explanation, and anything else necessary to resolve whatever issue you may have.
3. We will communicate with you and send you regular update via the "link" portal which allows us to send return labels, refund requests, swaps, etc.
4. Our shipping may take anywhere from 10-21 business days to ship within the U.S. and longer shipping outside the U.S.

Because our products are made of high quality, and we stand by our products, we offer a 30 day return policy. However, if past the stated time frame, since our products are made to order, we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will do a return. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Because of our production process, we currently offer refunds within 30 days of your purchase. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund outside the specified refund validity. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund. No questions asked!

We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are fully-refundable if paid for by you. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be added from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. In the case of out-of-stock items, we guarantee that we will receive notification when products are restocked and we will have your replacement shipped to you within 48 hours of your product availability.
